Always committed to the well-being of our specimens and especially to our visitors, Delphinus Xcaret as well as Xcaret Park, have world-class facilities and the most strict certifications, as well as highly qualified personnel. Delphinus Xcaret and its entire team of professionals hold a Guinness World Record for their work in the dolphin-breeding program. This is why there is a 250 m2 private and exclusive maternity area for dolphins.
Interax program makes possible a unique experience of contact with one of the cleverest animals in the ocean. You will be able to interact with them through 14 different activities. Duration: 30 minutes in the water, 15 minutes of training.

Duration: Interax program: 45 minutes (30 minutes in the water and 15minutes of training).
Access to the park: 12 hours approx.
Start/opening time: At 9am.

Opening days/period: On Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Dress code: Swimsuit, comfortable clothes and shoes, extra clothing.

Languages: Spanish and English.

Others: It is allowed to take photos in Xcaret, however in Delphinus, for the safety of the swimmers, dolphins and trainers, participants are asked not to bring video or photography cameras to the wet areas around the dolphinariums.
Visitors accompanying a child are not allowed access to the dolphinariums.
Do not forget to bring biodegradable blocker, sunglasses, cap.
Xcaret Plus includes: Plus Area Facilities, a buffet meal that includes a beer and unlimited drinks (refreshments, fresh water and coffee) during your meal in the restaurant, access to the beach, the cove and the natural pools, tours in three underground rivers, shows and exhibitions, visits to the coral reef aquarium, the butterfly, aviary, use of snorkeling equipment, floating rims, life jackets, loungers, hammocks and rest areas, toilets, changing rooms and showers.
Children between 0 and 4 years have free access to Xcaret, therefore they cannot participate in the interaction with dolphins.
