Program details

The experience includes feeding the elephants, learning about them and their daily lives including showering the elephants and then conclude by taking a walk alongside these majestic creatures around the farm.

Highlights

Arrival at the farm and welcome drinks such as masala tea, coffee, non-alcoholic drinks and cold water.

Be greeted by the founder and explained the schedule.

First meeting and introduction with the elephants! Learn the basics of elephant language spoken by the care-takers (mahout) which will be very helpful to communicate with the elephants during the time with them. Elephant feeding will last half an hour or so. Learn about the elephant's eating habits and favourite foods.

After feeding the elephants, try traditional elephant body painting with natural colors. Post the painting, give elephant water to drink through a clean water hose and later, its bath time for the elephants.

During the elephant shower, you can sit on the elephant’s back while the elephant sprays water from her trunk on them.

After the shower, walk with the elephant in the village. It helps in stopping any possible exploitation and will hopefully spread and set the precedence to raise awareness towards elephant welfare.
