Souq Al Wakkrah is a traditionally designed souq with spacious courtyards and alleyways.
The seaside traditional market is a nod to Al Wakrah's heritage as a fishing village. With an enchanting ambience, the souq offers a lively experience to the visitors. The souq will give you an insight into the traditional and cultural lives of the people about a hundred years ago. The traditional architecture, old clay structures, stables and mosque, everything in the souq tells a unique story about Qatar.
The marketplace consists of places where people can shop, dine, and have fun with their family, the beach here is one of the great options for the family’s day out.
