Meat lovers can sink their teeth into a juicy steak in red wine sauce, cooked to perfection, while for the vegetarians there’s a hearty pasta dish on offer. Main course


Veal escalope served with a mousseline of potato and fennel and a mix of Dutch vegetables

Sea bream ‘en papillote’ served with a mousseline of potato and fennel and a mix of Dutch vegetables

Lasagne of roasted vegetables served with pesto of rocket and Old Holland cheese


Dessert


Light vanilla curd served with a summery rhubarb compote, strawberries, a kletskop (Dutch biscuit) and bitterkoekjes (Dutch macaroon) mousse on the table


Après-dessert


Coffee, tea or mint tea served with a range of typically Dutch biscuits including speculaas and stroopwafels


The meat/fish/vegetarian option applies to both the starter as well as the main course.
